IIHF Final between Two Defending Champion Canada and Sweden

Canada surprised Russia by coming from two goals down in the third period to win 4-2, while Sweden easily beat Finland by 4-1.

Ryan O’Reilly scored the game-winner in a goalmouth scramble with only 3:02 remaining. Sean Couturier made sure with an empty net goal. Canadian coach jon Cooper said after winnig their match against Russia ” when we walked into the room , there was a little tension” and then some unclear voice out from the crowed, “Its ok boys, we have got ’em right where we want ’em. it calmed the whole room down”.
